As-Built Surveys

As-built surveys are generally used after construction or other improvements to a property have been completed. They are sometimes used to verify accordance with construction plans, or deviance from them. They are also sometimes used just to show and identify all of the improvements to a property without concern of the plans.

As-built surveys generally show and identify planometric features. This usually includes things like buildings, paved surfaces, marked utilities, curbs and gutters, and sometimes trees.
